TALK WITH AMERICAN STUDENTS

Last week, our coworker from Carbures USA, Kristin Canon, had the opportunity to attend like a guest speaker at the Donaldson Career Center, in the Greenville County School District. This district is the largest in the State of South Carolina, they have one of the best vocational training programs and they are looking to expand their technical training program to include Composite Manufacturing.

She was asked to speak with students about how an interview is conducted, which skills are seeking in employees companies as Carbures... It is important for our young to understand the cultural differences, work ethics, self-empowerment and innovation in the work place; and especially their post-secondary goals.

It is very exciting to see the possibilities for growth that this County brings to our young adults. Thanks for giving us this opportunity to help them improve their academic training.
