Rafael Suñol
Bachelor in Economics from the University of Barcelona, master's degree from ESADE Business School and master's degree in business administration and management from IESE Business School and the University of Navarra, Rafael Suñol has an extensive professional background and extensive experience in the automotive sector. After having served as Deputy General Manager of Financial Services at La Caixa (currently CaixaBank), President of the Industrial Credit Bank and Chief Executive Officer of the Development Bank, he has held positions of high responsibility in organizations such as PSA Peugeot Citroën Spain, Fecsa (Endesa) , Ericsson, REE, Dalkia and Mémora. At present, the new independent director of Carbures has also been a member of the engineering board of Inypsa for 15 years and is a board member of Banco de Alcalá.

Jose María Vallejo
Mr. Vallejo is State Inspector of Finance and Corporate Director of Taxes of the BBVA Group with extensive professional experience in the public sector, especially in the field of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, where he held several positions, such as that of deputy general manager of International Fiscal Affairs, and permanent representation of Spain before the European Union, depending on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Among other positions, he was also responsible partner of Community Law of KPMG Abogados.See CV
Javier Sánchez
President of the Cádiz Business Confederation, Executive Vice President of the Business Confederation of Andalusia and the Confederation of Employers of the province of Cádiz. Degree in Labor Sciences from the University of Granada, as well as in Labor Relations from the University of Alcalá de Henares.See CV
