Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Contreras is an expert in strategic management and technology transfer processes. He has extensive experience of more than 17 years in the creation of companies, especially in those with a technological profile. In addition, it also has a rich experience in internationalization processes (USA, China, South America, etc.) in different sectors. He holds a Ph.D. in Social and Legal Sciences, a degree in Business Administration, a Master in Conflict Management from the University of Cádiz (Spain) and a Master in Organizational Consultancy from the University of Bologna (Italy). Executive education at Harvard, Columbia and MIT.

Borja Martínez-LaredoBachelor of Economics and Business Administration from the Complutense University of Madrid, Executive MBA from the Instituto de Empresa Business School (IE) and General Management Program (PDG) from the IESE Business School, Martínez-Laredo has more than twenty years of work experience in the financial and business sectors. In addition to director of UBS, throughout his professional career, Martínez-Laredo has served as Director of Great Patrimonies and Institutions in Capital at Work, an asset manager now called Value Tree, and as Director of CCS (related company to the management of sanitary material). In 2015, he was appointed by UBS Key Talent and in 2016 a member of the Circle of Excellence, a prize awarded by the Swiss bank UBS to top performers worldwide.

Javier SánchezPresident of the Cádiz Business Confederation, Executive Vice President of the Business Confederation of Andalusia and the Confederation of Employers of the province of Cádiz. Degree in Labor Sciences from the University of Granada, as well as in Labor Relations from the University of Alcalá de Henares.

Ignacio Foncillas is one of the founding partners of Black Toro Capital. He has extensive experience with listed and private companies, focused on the structuring and negotiation of complex international investments, both as adviser and principal investor. Mr. Foncillas holds a Ph.D. in Jurisprudence (JD) with honors from the University of Chicago Law, Suma Cum Laude, and a BA in Political Science with General and Special Honors (cum laude) from the University of Chicago. He is also a member of the Bar Association of England and Wales and of New York.
Carlos GuillénMr. Carlos Guillén Gestoso does not hold the position of Director as a natural person, but does so on behalf of the company RAFCON ECONOMIST S.L. For almost 30 years, Carlos Guillén has been working at the University of Cádiz and as a strategic advisor for the creation of companies and departments of Human Resources. A professor, researcher and professor of Psychology of Social Work and, in addition, Director of the Official Master in Mediation of Conflicts of Management of the University of Cádiz (Spain) and assistant professor at the University of Bologna (Italy).
Jose María VallejoMr. Vallejo is State Inspector of Finance and Corporate Director of Taxes of the BBVA Group with extensive professional experience in the public sector, especially in the field of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, where he held several positions, such as that of deputy general manager of International Fiscal Affairs, and permanent representation of Spain before the European Union, depending on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Among other positions, he was also responsible partner of Community Law of KPMG Abogados.
Strategic Communications Consultant, has participated in corporate cases related to sensitive processes for companies such as takeovers, acquisitions, mergers, crisis situations, public offerings of sales and restructuring in countries such as Spain, United Kingdom, Argentina, Mexico and Brazil. He has developed Internal and External Communication Plans, as well as Crisis Plans for large financial entities, companies in the energy industry and other industrial corporations in Spain and Latin America.
Bachelor in Economics and Financial Management from the Commercial University of Deusto and Master Summa cum laude from the IE - Instituto de Empresa Business School, where he currently participates in the IE International Advisory Board and is a member of the Board of Advisors of the IE Fund. He has extensive experience as a member of the Board of Directors in listed and unlisted companies and is currently a member of the Board of several companies.
Bachelor in Economics from the University of Barcelona, master's degree from ESADE Business School and master's degree in business administration and management from IESE Business School and the University of Navarra, Rafael Suñol has an extensive professional background and extensive experience in the automotive sector. After having served as Deputy General Manager of Financial Services at La Caixa (currently CaixaBank), President of the Industrial Credit Bank and Chief Executive Officer of the Development Bank, he has held positions of high responsibility in organizations such as PSA Peugeot Citroën Spain, Fecsa (Endesa) , Ericsson, REE, Dalkia and Mémora. At present, the new independent director of Carbures has also been a member of the engineering board of Inypsa for 15 years and is a board member of Banco de Alcalá.
